We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied with our products, but we know that's not always attainable. Below you'll find our policies on returns & exchanges.
In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your product, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please reach out to us via phone between the hours of 9am (CST) and 5pm (CST) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If emailing, please include a description of the issue (wrong size, ripped, etc.) and any pictures, if possible. We will reply with further instructions within 2 business days.
Products eligible under the standard returns & exchanges policy include the apparel line only. Excludes decals & perishables. Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of order date. Store credit for future use is not offered and must be used at time of exchange/return.
All returned apparel must be in original state, including attached, original tags.
Spooky Outdoors takes no responsibility for products damaged during shipment. Please contact your carrier to handle such scenarios.
